Never Paint on a Wet Surface:
This is the most basic of all rules that Calgary residential painters follow strictly, two separate layers have to dry. The shear forces may later result in breakage of bonds & the paint might appear to flak. There are chances of the top most layer to develop bubbles as the layers below might have air entrapped, which was not released.
In case separate coats of paint are applied in a hurry to finish the job, one will experience developments of wrinkles & layer development.
